Euro Disney Preview Centre
Over twenty years ago, a make believe world was rising amid French fields of hay and sugar beets. Walt Disney's vision of family fun that sprouted in Anaheim, California in 1955, had finally crossed the Atlantic.
Early November 1990, journalists, dignitaries and VIP’s were graciously invited by the Euro Disney Team to attend the inauguration ceremonies of “Espace Euro Disney” also known as the “Euro Disney Preview Center” on Wednesday 5th of December 1990 at 11:30 a.m. The celebrations would be concluded by 1:00 p.m.
The invitation stated the following:- "Espace Euro Disney - Where the magic of 1992 begins today! Please join us in the celebration of the Grand Opening of Espace Euro Disney. You’re invited to a preview glimpse of the magic, excitement and wonders to come in 1992. The Euro Disney Team has created a whimsical setting inspired by the film classic Fantasia. Here you discover unique displays, a Disney boutique and a refreshment corner all done in the magical Disney style.
The primary attraction of Espace Euro Disney is an exclusively produced 35-milimeter film, which will transport you on a big screen tour of Europe’s incredible new resort destination. Come share the magic with us for the inauguration of Espace Euro Disney.
On Monday 3rd of December 1990 at 12:30 p.m." A 'sneak peek' was organized too. Invitees were offered a buffet luncheon.

The Exterior Design!
The facility was designed by architect Robert A.M. Stern. It was composed of abstract forms. The entrance to the preview center was topped with a giant sorcerer's hat like the one that Mickey put on during "Fantasia" and images of Disney characters were painted onto the walls of the building.
